Two people, reach a mutually agreeable contractual obligation. I do not see where the problem is. I am sure the actresses would have (Or have in the past) done much worse for much less to get a role. Get over your puritanical pearl clutching, one exchanged sex the other exchanged roles, both sides considered it a good deal.
