It started as a kid's show. Morphed into a kid's show for adults, then an adult's show for kids and now they made it a kid's show again. Completely losing the majority of their viewers. :(
This show is a stellar example of packing bullshit. The show is lame. Too many people on the floor for anyone to care about until nearing the end. Too many categories for the average person to have any DEPTH of knowledge about. IMHO: The game itself is impossible for average viewers to play along for most categories BUT.. OMG is it well presented. It's addictive. Too bad they didn't take this level of presentation and hype a show the audience had a fair chance to play along with and connect with a player from the get-go. Warning. If you start to watch this show you will keep watching it no matter what you think about it. :o
If anyone who has any say reads this: It is EXTREMELY annoying that Richard's show is set as 5 days in a week but they almost never upload ALL 5 episodes from a week. I only download when I can watch the whole week so I almost never download any of this show. I would if I could get all 5 days of the same week. Once in a blue moon would be better than what is being posted. :(
WTF. This is NOT "Tales from the Coast with Robson Green". I don't have to download or watch it to know that because the only two links are to "Into the Amazon with Robson Green". I hate that I have to lie, saying I watched it, to point out the content doesn't match the title!
I've read the comments here and I have to say you must have no imagination if you think finding hewn lumber over 90 feet underground in a place that doesn't have any mines is meaningless. You, literally, must have no concept of the amount of time and effort required to put it there. Try going to a field and digging a 13 foot wide hole 10 feet deep without any modern tools and then tell us all how insignificant finding lumber deeper than 90 feet is.
Watch this to learn some facts that many don't want you to know. It is a standard documentary but the message isn't liked so most people are trashing it. Cognitive dissonance seems to have trigger a bunch of negative Nellies at IMDb as they are rating it 5.7 and the top 1000 at 4.0. This is NOT a bad documentary it just reveals facts that many cannot accept. Everyone should watch it if only to overcome the brainwashing that 'all will be well as switching to green energies will save us'. We need to wake up and make major, systemic changes in our lifestyles not simply switch to 'green' energy and end up going extinct anyway!
