How often do i go blind into a movie without even reading the synopsis? Hmm... pretty much never. And yet this is what happened in this case, which turned out to be the best way to go as i experienced the full surprise when the plot revealed itself after a rather quirky 1st act. Oh boy! I certainly didn't see that coming and the weirdness i first felt soon vanished, replaced by a satisfying feeling when the final act unfolded with all the expected sword action, even though the 'choreography' was done rather poorly imo. All in all a well deserved 6.5 IMDb rating for a no-brainer, straightforward and entertaining low budget samurai revenge flick.

Watched 45mn waiting for something funny or meaningful to happen then stopped and went on to read IMDb reviews only to realize that many viewers shared my impressions that the film is indeed meaningless and overrated. Moreover it is another one of those movies marketed as comedy - dark comedy in this case - but where there is not even remotely a hint of humor throughout. Feels like being scammed into wasting valuable time. Will not watch the rest but it still gets a 4 stars for Rose Byrne solid acting performance.

What on Earth did i just watch and how did i make it through to the end? That is one of the great mysteries of life i guess. I do watch a lot of animation so that's not the issue although i can't exactly praise the art style they went for with this one. But i guess it matches the whole 'glossy psychedelic' theme of the movie, which is what comes to mind when trying to describe this flick. Well, it feels like the production crew are a bunch of Florida hippy friends who organized a birthday party for one of their 8 y/o kid and someone somehow 'mistakenly' brought a big bowl of marshmallow laced with peyote. When everyone got crazy high they had a shared 'revelatory vision' about aliens living underground and they felt compelled to make an animation to inform the public. So the parents took care of the production and they asked the kids to write the story and draw the characters/environment. Not gonna lie, that sh$t is weird AF.

Had to give up on this half way through due to lack of interest. Terrible dialogues, poor acting, lame plot, bad cinematography... couldn't care to see the other half and get to know the ending. Like whatever dude, don't waste any more of my time.

"cinemacity.rip" watermark moving up and down through the left part of the screen about every minute, so that u can't just get used to it and it keeps on remind u that it is there all the time. Like WTF? Otherwise the image is clean and the audio is good plus there is hardcoded eng subtitles.The movie is pretty bad tho, cheap CGI, lame acting, uninspired plot and action, abrupt cliffhanger ending that requires a part 2, but made me think no thanks... 4.5 out of 10 not recommended.

I concur with a bunch of reviewers here: Marvel movies have been increasingly painful to watch in the last years and there's little to expect at this point from the Marvel Cinematic Universe productions. However, this one was actually a refreshingly decent chunk of entertainment for me. I mean pretty average still but not the eye rolling goofy and cringey stuff that we have become accustomed to witness.

watched this one based on the only 2 reviews posted on IMDb at that time and it was such a bore. I had to skip through those flash-back scenes after a while as they were just killing the pace of the movie. I found the lead actress not at all convincing as she handled her terrible script as best as she could and the acting skills of the rest of the cast were pretty much nonexistent. This however doesn't even matter as none of them had a significant role to play in this very bland story-line.

All those great things written on the poster; it's not that, not even close. But it is not a bad film either, at least for a certain crowd to which i belong i guess. A lot of cringe and some cheese prevented from a more immersive experience for me. I liked the philosophical/spiritual implication of the final act mostly as i could relate... so yeah, this is a mostly underwhelming one-time-watch movie that i will forget about in no time.

Man! this is what low budget cinema is all about. Such a good time watching this movie. The comedy is actually cracking, the romance is oh so sweet and the sci-fi is cheesy as hell! It's like the perfect recipe.

I had this movie on my watch-list for ever - for some unknown reason - and decided to download it a few days back when i had run out of new stuff to watch... even more mysterious is how i actually finished watching it even though i had to stop at some point due to falling asleep halfway. Still i did return today and finished it... only to find myself with a heavy heart and wet eyes when the credits rolled. Oh boy! Life is so damn twisted. Very good, slow paced, touching, relatable family drama. Turns out it was exactly what i needed to soothe my overstimulated nerves today! 6.5/10

Based on a true story?! Bwhahaha!! All these characters behavior is so unrealistic it was unbearable, i got tired of it after a while and fast forwarded until something i wanted to see finally (!) happened 98mns in... Gosh. So glad i did not go through the whole ordeal. Not recommended at all...

Ice road was pretty good so i just went in this one blind with no idea about the direction/production behind this flick. And i swear i started suspecting it was actually an Indian or Nepali production pretty soon, i mean it looked and felt just like a lame Bollywood plot for an action/drama movie if u ask me. I felt a bit embarrassed for L. Neeson to be entangled in such low quality level to be honest. I was indeed surprised when the credits rolled to find out it was in fact an American production. 5/10, better watch something else if u got any other option.

I don't give a rat's ass about US politics - a sick form of entertainment for the hypnotized zombies, played out by the worst actors/liars/psychopaths - and i pity those who do. But then again, this is true of nearly every country at this point so i find it utterly futile and immature to discuss this worthless topic here, in the comment section of a website for pirated movies of all places. This movie on the other hand has very good entertainment value and was played by excellent actors for the most parts. I was sucked into the story right from the start and i guess those commenters who found it boring were probably high on meth or some other shit when they watched it. lol I would have given it an 8/10 if the last scene had not been so lame but unfortunately they couldn't help it and it simply ruined the whole fun/immersion for me. Nevertheless, i totally recommend it and i believe it deserves its IMDb rating... for a change.
