Download MKVToolnix drag and drop the foreign language copy into it and uncheck the audio and/or subs you don't want. Make sure there's an English audio checked.
you can always use MKVToolnix program, load the episodes,remove all foreign audio leaving English and start multiplexing. Leaves the episodes with English audio only
