This film is an absolute mess. The cinematography is so bad it feels like the director of photography was completely stoned. There’s no real plot to speak of, and Scott Eastwood is only here because he’s Clint Eastwood’s son, his performance has zero depth or charisma. Jamie Foxx looks like he's sleepwalking through his role. The tactical gear used by the Unit and HRT looks like it was pulled from a surplus store in 2003, and the gunfight scenes are just Airsoft matches with fake muzzle flashes slapped on through CGI. I genuinely don’t understand why so many of these cheap, soulless movies are getting made, they have no reason to exist.
