Great film, really enjoyed Del Toro's take on the classic tale. @deasis-1997: you'll notice that it's also tagged primarily as DRAMA, and it has scary parts in it. ... .. @rax369: get over it. Anyways, there will be few naysayers when it comes to this movie, there really isn't much to complain about unless you're just complaining to complain . Enjoy, because that's all there is to do with this film.

If you liked the movies, you will enjoy the series, at least that's what I'm picking up from the first episode. It does seem gorier, a bit more bold, and unafraid of being different. Right off the bat, you'll feel surprised and right at home, thinking you just stumbled into a late night screener session for the newest feature length IT film. The acting is good, the cinematography is great, and the CG is bloody disgusting in a good way. A relentless intro to, what will hopefully be, a solid seasonal series.
