Best REALISTIC bear attack movie in existence. Shot well, acted well, excellent effects; those complaining must be stuck back with the Hokey Grizzly movie 1976. This isn't Cocaine Bear people, this is much grittier and should be respected as such.
I thought the top left guy was Freddy Prince Jr. out of the corner of my eye. @princeardy123 did you try downloading the 2026 version? The site automatically catalogues torrents. It's not a human picking and plucking them my guy. There's a version that's dubbed, check that one out unless you want the OG experience.
*NO SPOILER REVIEW* Excellent. For the genre that it tackles, it reigns supreme. You will find nothing better, this is the pinnacle of "love" or "attraction" horror. Everything was done right. I wanted to punch the main actor in the face most of the time which I believe was intended, I really enjoyed what happened with his character arch, satisfying and the writer / director knew it. You'll understand after watching. Now for the Hereditary comparison's I've been seeing.. Same ball league? Yes. Same ball park? yes. Same team? NO. WAY! Which team is Hereditary? The Yankees. Which team is Obsession? The White Sox (If we're talking AAA horror) Now Hereditary 7.3 on IMDb and Obsession 8.1 on IMDb is not right IMO. If that's how things are scored, Obsession would be around 7. I think they both deserve to be higher, but I'm also an avid horror fan. Conclusion; Very good, not the best of all time but it's among them. Watch it or regret missing out. This is pure gold.
thing won't let me delete this comment, accidentally posted twice. @jadbo13 you didn't watch it, you watched 5 minutes and found one of the only funny parts in the beginning. There's maybe 10 seconds of laughter in total.. collectively.. through the entire film. The whole thing. It's not exactly a comedy. Anyways, the compression used knocks ALL surrounding sound out about 70% of the time. You're not going to find a better screener
It's good. Acting is superb, the atmosphere NAILED, and the cinematography is top tier. Pays the series and creepy pasta it's dues. Give this one a viewing with the lights off. I watched the FS copy, video is decent quality, audio is so-so. Sometimes the compression is excellent, others it allows in outside sources. Typically it's highly tolerable. Overall, definitely watchable for a screener.
I feel my last comment was a bit harsh so I'm revising. Uploaders, please seed your own material until it takes off. I don't see a point in Upping a file and leaving it dead, does anyone else?
